Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to support an internal team of under 100 employees. This role is responsible for executing key HR functions across a multi-state workforce, with a strong focus on compliance, payroll accuracy, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and comfortable supporting a fast-paced, revenue-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Onboarding & Compliance Manage full-cycle onboarding, including new hire documentation and orientation Ensure strict adherence to I-9 compliance and employment eligibility requirements Maintain audit-ready employee records and support multi-state compliance requirements Administer E-Verify processes (if applicable) Support administration of employee leave programs, including FMLA, ensuring proper documentation, tracking, and compliance with federal and state regulations Payroll Administration (Weekly) Coordinate and process weekly payroll, including hours, ...
