Opportunity Description

A well-established trade printing company in Castleisland is looking for an HR Administrator to support the management team and help maintain a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain staff.

  • Act as first point of contact for HR queries and resolve employee relations issues.

  • Support disciplinary and grievance procedures.

  • Schedule training including health & safety and career development.

  • Promote compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Assist managers with performance reviews and appraisals.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and oversee leave management.

  • Ensure HR policies comply with legal and industry standards.
