Opportunity Description
- Act as a trusted HR partner for employees and managers, providing guidance across the full employee lifecycle in compliance with Belgian employment law
- Manage and coordinate HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, personnel administration, employee data changes, and policy implementation, in collaboration with international teams
- Own the day-to-day management of employee benefits programs, including liaison with external providers and brokers, and payroll/tax alignment and supervision
- Lead or contribute to HR and benefits-related projects aimed at improving employee experience and operational efficiency
- Support engagement and wellbeing initiatives across a multi-country professional services environment
