HR Advisor / Generalist

Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Advisor / Generalist to join their team in West Perth, working for a well-respected, Perth-based Australian gold producer. This full-time, temporary role is perfect for someone with strong recruitment experience who can also provide guidance and support to managers on HR matters. What you’ll be doing:

• Leading recruitment activities, managing the end-to-end hiring process (approximately 80% of the role)
• Managing disciplinary processes, including investigating breaches of policy or procedure
• Preparing compliant warning letters and supporting documentation
• Providing advice and guidance to managers on how to run meetings relating to performance, conduct, or behavioural issues (20% of the role)
