Payroll and Benefits Administration
We are seeking an experienced professional to manage payroll and benefits administration and HR operations.
Responsibilities
- Process HMO enrollment and updates; coordinate and prepare booking entries with Finance.
- Process various company loan programs and prepare detailed monthly deduction reports for payroll submission.
- Prepare PR and GRPO for approved car plan requests, monitor car repairs and maintenance allowances for eligible employees, and process reimbursement claims.
- Process enrollment to fleet cards for eligible employees.
- Process Mutual Funds orders of employees.
- Review and validate billing statements or statements of account from service providers (e.g., HMO, Giftaway) and process payments.
