Opportunity Description
What you 'll doManage end-to-end HR operations for the Japan office as primary point of coverage, while supporting APAC offices. Support administration and compliance for social insurance and statutory filings, partnering with external vendors to deliver accurate, timely results. Coordinate employee lifecycle activities and movements, including onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers; manage employment documentation, benefits enrollment, and coordination with other functional teams such as Payroll and Benefits.
