Overview
Support TGCH HR team in manpower planning, working with stakeholders to drive recruitment, retention, and data-driven workforce insights.

Key Responsibilities

Extract and analyse HR data to produce reports and manpower dashboards

Develop and track HR metrics and workforce trends

Collaborate with stakeholders on manpower planning and projections

Maintain accurate FTE, establishment data, and tracking records

Validate manpower data and ensure data accuracy in HR systems

Provide insights and advisory using data analytics
