Human Resource Responsibilities
- Handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, resignation, and offboarding.
- Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and maintain employee records.
- Process monthly payroll, overtime, leave records, and attendance.
- Administer employee benefits, insurance, work passes, and medical claims.
- Coordinate training arrangements and maintain training records.
- Support performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Singapore MOM regulations.
- Liaise with government agencies and external vendors when required.
- Manage office administration and general office maintenance.
- Purchase and maintain office supplies, pantry items, uniforms, and PPE.
