Responsibilities
Human Resources – Compensation and Benefits
- Responsible for preparing an accurate bi-monthly payroll calculation, including salary adjustments, loan and other deductions using the My HR payroll solution.
- Responsible for calculating sales commissions using an automated commission excel file and thereby creating manual payment transactions in My HR payroll solution
- In coordination with the GL Accountant, responsible for creating and uploading accurate payroll entries in Epicor before month end.
- Ensures that all statutory remittances (BIR Withholding tax, SSS, Pagibig and Philhealth) are uploaded for approval before its respective due dates.
