Responsibilities
- Integrate and adapt company’s policy and ensure consistency/compliance to local legislation
- Ensure prompt statutory submission and claim for reimbursement and payments and annual tax filing for Singapore
- Assist HR Executive with interview arrangements
- Maintain accurate employee data in HR System and handle HR monthly reporting
- Handle off onboarding and off boarding process
- Manage employment passes application and renewal processes
- Handle all administration matters for employees medical and insurance renewal
- Attend to employees’ queries, maintain and update on HR-related matters
- Handle employee documents such as HR-related letters
- Collate and analyse data to support central reporting capabilities
- Onboarding of new KL staff
- Staff welfare considerations
- Weekly sharing session prep (ordering lunch, meeting room booking, etc)
