Opportunity Description

- Experience in recruitment or HR support is an advantage
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
Key Responsibilities:
- Post job vacancies on job boards and social media platforms
- Source and screen candidates based on job requirements
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Communicate with applicants regarding application updates
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Assist in onboarding new employees
- Support recruitment events and employer branding activities
- Ensure confidentiality of recruitment data
