They are seeking an experienced HR professional proficient in recruitment, TUPE, ER, redundancies, learning & development, and strategic HR. The ideal candidate should be proactive and open to weekly store visits as part of their support duties.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Developing HR strategies & policies
* Being first point of contact for all employees and dealing with their queries and providing advice inline with company policies & procedures
