- Manages benefits, payroll inputs, and compliance
- Coordinates with providers and government agencies
- Ensures accurate HRIS data and conducts audits
Employee Services
- Maintains employee records and HRIS
- Handles documentation requests and ensures data privacy
Employee Relations
- Oversees offboarding and employee concerns
- Supports engagement initiatives and guides staff
Projects & Reporting
- Improves HR processes and SOPs
- Supports HR initiatives and cross-functional work
- Prepares management reports
- Bachelor’s in Psychology, HR, Business, or related
