Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR BP to join our Madrid Executive Office on a temporary basis to cover a maternity leave. The successful candidate will be a trusted HR partner to leadership and employees, driving the execution of HR strategies aligned with business objectives, while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture in line with ALS values.
Key Responsibilities
HR Business Partnering
- Partner with senior leadership to ensure alignment between HR strategies and overall business objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on all day-to-day HR needs, including talent management, employee relations, HR policy interpretation, and employment standards compliance.
