Kinetic has partnered with a leading Multinational company who are hiring a HR Business Partner to be based in Ras al Khaimah .
Key aspects of the role include:- Ensuring the implementation of and compliance to HR processes, local programs and policies in market as aligned with business leaders
- Providing support to business leaders across sectors, focusing on employee engagement, local talent development and coaching
- Ensuring compliance with labour regulations within the UAE
- Creating cultural discipline, developing diverse workforce plan, and developing country talent strategy and Emiratisation to grow diverse talent; Improving the culture, talent and capabilities of the employees in the UAE
- Managing headcount and planning workforce to optimize efficiency; providing advice on performance-related issues
- Ensuring effective performance & development management support are provided
