Acts as a strategic partner to Business Unit Heads in driving people and organizational initiatives aligned with the Bank’s HR strategy. Oversees key HR functions including workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, talent development, and employee engagement to support business goals and strengthen corporate culture.
