Opportunity Description
-Maintains reports and payroll transactions to support the companies' internal process protecting its integrity to meet the audit requirements.
-Records changes affecting net wages, allowance coverage, and loan payments for each employee to update payroll records.
-Executes daily timekeeping/payroll responsibilities on a day-to-day basis under the company standard and audit requirements.
-Review daily time records, wage computations, and documents to ensure accuracy and standard reconciliation of payroll
-Prepares and supervises the payroll of all the freelancer, project-based, and regular employees and manages the computation of payroll based on the actual work hours
-Must be a degree holder in Business Administration, Human Resource, or any related course.
-At least 1-2 years of experience in processing payroll & benefits such as SSS, Philhealth & Pag-ibig.
-Availability: Can start immediately
