HR & Compliance Executive

Abhidi is looking for an HR & Compliance Executive to support and expand the Malaysia HR Operations function. This role has been created to partner with the existing Malaysia HR resource, sharing ownership of a high-volume, multi-country HR operations and compliance workload spanning immigration, documentation, employee lifecycle, statutory compliance, and vendor management.

The successful candidate will be capable of owning end-to-end processes independently, comfortable operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple simultaneous priorities, and confident liaising with government authorities, clients, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end immigration and visa processes — EP, DP, PVP, Special Pass, and Permission to Work — across multiple candidates simultaneously, including submissions via MDEC eXpats, MYXpats, and ESD portals, with continuous tracking, follow-ups, and direct liaison with authoriti...
