Job SummaryLead the development and implementation of competency frameworks and HR learning initiatives, guiding HR teams to enhance organizational capability.
Responsibilities- Design and implement competency frameworks from the ground up to align with organizational goals
- Assign training course for identified competency
- Lead, coach, and develop HR team members to perform Training Gap Analysis
- Develop process to measure effectiveness of learning and development initiatives with a focus on measurable outcomes
- Collaborate effectively within a part-time work arrangement, in office/on-site 2 to 3 days per week
