Job Description
A client of Insight Global is looking for a HR Coordinator. This person will oversee the recruitment and management of seasonal employees. This role is responsible for supporting the planning, organization, and execution of all aspects of their seasonal program, including coordinating the full employment lifecycle such as interviewing, onboarding, scheduling support, performance evaluations, policy and expectation guidance, and offboarding. The coordinator partners closely with the HR team and serves as the primary point of contact for seasonal employees to ensure timelines, processes, and communications are maintained. This position is also involved with onboarding activities and maintains accurate records across multiple systems. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education but will vary from $17-21/hr.
