HR Coordinator

Job Description:

The HR Generalist Recruiting Focus will support a pharmaceutical manufacturing site undergoing rapid growth. This role is primarily responsible for high-volume recruiting execution, partnering closely with hiring managers, external recruiting vendors, and HR leadership to ensure positions are filled quickly, compliantly, and with high-quality talent. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, enabling the Head of HR to remain focused on strategic initiatives while supporting the site's aggressive hiring goals.

Responsibilities:

• Recruiting & Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus).


• Own full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles, with a primary focus on high-volume manufacturing positions (e.g., Packaging Operators).
