HR & Culture Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all HR functions across the organization
• Oversee recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
• Develop and enforce HR policies in line with legal and business requirements
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal regulations
• Drive employee engagement, culture, and well-being initiatives
