HR Data Management Consultant

Job Description
Data Collection & Integration: Partner with various subsidiaries to extract data from disparate legacy systems and manually or electronically consolidate it into our current primary system, Dayforce.
Audit & Validation: Conduct rigorous audits of current HR records. Identify inconsistencies, missing fields, or formatting errors and resolve them to ensure Workday-ready data.
System Maintenance: Manage the day-to-day data entry and updates within Dayforce. You will be responsible for tracking all organizational changes (hires, terms, transfers, and compensation shifts) and reflecting them accurately in real-time.
Problem Solving: Investigate data discrepancies between subsidiary reports and the master database, applying logic to determine the source of truth.
Process Documentation: Leaving behind a clear log of data mapping and logic used during the consolidation phase.
