Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals across Singapore and Malaysia
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy
- Oversee the full HR lifecycle including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation & benefits, learning & development, and employee engagement
- Partner closely with business leaders, regional HR, and global functions to drive alignment and business outcomes
- Drive leadership development, succession planning, and talent pipeline initiatives
- Lead employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent handling of issues
- Lead HR initiatives related to organizational change, transformation, and continuous improvement
