Opportunity Description
The HR ER Team Leader oversees a team of ER Specialists to manage workplace investigations, grievance procedures, and disciplinary actions. You will serve as the subject matter expert on labor laws, ensuring the company maintains a productive work environment while minimizing legal risk. Your role is to balance the needs of the business with fair treatment of all employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of ER Specialists, reviewing their case files for accuracy, neutrality, and adherence to company timelines.
- Case Management: Oversee complex or high‑risk disciplinary cases, including involuntary terminations, harassment claims, and sensitive grievances.
- Policy Governance: Regularly review and update the Employee Handbook and Code of Conduct to ensure alignment with current DOLE regulations (or local labor laws).
