Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding and orientations of staff & inform the selected candidates about the required documentation and facilitate them in filling out the recruitment packs.
- Conduct Exit interviews.
- To ensure completion of EMF gratuity DSR and cheque file in a timely manner.
- Maintain left and new hired staff records on client's admin portal.
Qualifications
- BBA/MBA in HR
- 2-4 Years of Experience
- Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Office
