HR Executive, Outsourced Resources

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for end‑to‑end management of outsourced resources, including sourcing, recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing employee lifecycle support. The role also oversees payroll coordination with PServ , ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders on outsourced headcount requirements
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for outsourced roles (sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers)
• Liaise with recruitment and outsourcing vendors to ensure timely and quality hiring
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of outsourced staff, including documentation and system access
• Act as primary liaison with PServ for outsourced payroll administration
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and audit requirements
