- Proactively search for potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, and internal referrals.
- Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and skills to determine their suitability for specific positions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
- Coordinate pre-employment checks and initial stages of on-boarding for candidates e.g., draft offer letters, appointment letters and employment contracts etc.
- Oversee and coordinate activities of support staff, provide guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective performance of their duties. This includes monitoring their attendance, work allocation, and offering trainings when required
