Opportunity Description
Support the business in areas such as talent acquisition and payroll. You will support the company in achieving its business goals while positioning Alchemist as an employer of choice for talent. Your key customers include the operations and functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment activities including job posting, resume screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination.
- Assist in conducting interviews and preparing job offers and employment contracts.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Prepare HR documents such as contracts, confirmation letters, and employment-related letters.
- Maintain and update employee records accurately and confidentially.
- Verify timesheets, work rosters, and leave records.
