HR Executive/Junior

This role supports HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, and HR initiatives while working closely with stakeholders across the organisation..

Key Responsibilities

• Support HR Business Partners in day-to-day HR operations and people-related initiatives.
• Assist with recruitment, talent management, performance management, and employee engagement activities.
• Coordinate staff appointment, re‑appointment, and re‑employment processes.
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure smooth employee transitions.
• Maintain accurate HR records and support HR data administration.
• Work closely with stakeholders and shared services teams on HR matters.
• Support HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and employee experience.
