HR Generalist

Description We are looking for an HR Generalist to join a growing team on a contract-to-permanent basis. This role is ideal for a human resources team member who enjoys supporting employees throughout the full employment lifecycle while helping maintain efficient and compliant HR operations. The position offers the opportunity to contribute across onboarding, benefits, employee relations, recruitment coordination, and day-to-day HR administration in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:
• Guide new hires through onboarding activities, coordinate orientation sessions, and manage separation processes to ensure smooth employee transitions.
• Maintain HR records and personnel data with a high level of accuracy, organization, and discretion across employee files and systems.
