We are seeking a proactive, hands-on, and experienced HR Generalist to establish and manage the HR function for our growing US-based team. As one of the first HR hires, this individual will be instrumental in building HR systems, setting policies, ensuring compliance, and supporting recruitment and employee engagement across both management and operational levels.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a start-up environment , understands the unique challenges of managing direct labor (DL) and indirect labor (IDL) teams, and can build HR practices that scale as the business grows.
