to join the
RatedPower
team based in
Madrid, Spain. This role offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company delivering industry‑leading solutions.

Responsibilities
Act as point of contact for people leaders, managers, employees, and other HR team members on HR operational queries.
Support the administration of new hires, employee life‑cycle changes, and offboards.
Partner on all employee relations, leaves, and legal matters in partnership with the HR BPs or the HR Manager.
Work with the Global Benefits team to support the administration of the benefit programs.
