Enverus is seeking an HR Generalist to support the HR team at our RatedPower office in Madrid, Spain. This role offers the chance to join a rapidly growing company delivering industry-leading solutions within the energy sector.

What you’ll do
- Act as point of contact for people leaders, managers, employees, and other HR team members on HR operational queries.
- Support the administration of new hires, employee life‑cycle changes, and off‑boards.
- Partner on all employee relations, leaves, and legal matters in partnership with the HR BPs or the HR Manager.
- Work with the Global Benefits team to support the administration of the benefit programs.
- Work with the Talent Excellence team and the HR Business Partners to support the successful roll‑out of all Talent Initiatives (performance, development, compensation, and career)....
