Job Description – HR Generalist (Labor Relations)
- Manage employee relations : handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and government regulations.
- Support collective bargaining and maintain good relationships with unions (if applicable).
- Conduct investigations into workplace issues and prepare reports.
- Advise management on labor-related policies and employee concerns.
- Maintain records of employee relations cases, disciplinary actions, and resolutions.
- Assist HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and performance management when needed.
