HR Generalist (Recruitment and L&D)
Location: Makati – On-site – Monday to Friday
About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist with strong exposure to both Talent Acquisition (TA) and Learning & Development (L&D) . This role is ideal for someone who can balance recruitment, training initiatives, and administrative HR support in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (Talent Acquisition) processes
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify development gaps
- Support and implement Learning & Development (L&D) programs
- Coordinate with external training vendors for company events and development initiatives
- Provide administrative and operational HR support
