Description We are looking for an HR Generalist to support day-to-day people operations in Springdale, Arkansas. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys combining administrative precision with employee-facing support in a busy, detail-oriented setting. The role will help strengthen recruiting, onboarding, recordkeeping, and core HR coordination while contributing to a positive and organized employee experience.
Responsibilities:
• Lead new employee coordination by organizing pre-employment checks, preparing employment documents, arranging orientation activities, and ensuring systems access is established on time
• Provide recruiting support through job advertisement coordination, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and accurate tracking of recruiting activity in HR systems
