Opportunity Description
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Employer Branding Support: Support end‑to‑end internship and junior hiring activities, including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Learning & Development: Support the coordination and delivery of L&D activities such as training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement initiatives (e.g. wellbeing events). Assist in preparing training materials, communications, and post‑event feedback analysis.
- HR Operations & Administration: Assist in maintaining employee records, HR trackers, and documentation in accordance with internal processes. Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including document preparation and coordination with stakeholders. Provide general administrative support to the HR team on day‑to‑day tasks.
