Opportunity Description
To support the Group People and Culture function by contributing to key HR initiatives and operational activities across various HR disciplines, while gaining practical exposure to HR processes, systems, and business practices.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related discipline.
Experience and Competencies
- 4-6 months of HR internship or 0-1-year professional experience.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for HR reporting and presentations.
- Eagerness to learn different HR functions and best practices.
- Adaptability and willingness to rotate across different HR functions.
- Good interpersonal and stakeholder communication skills.
