Work Specification:
- Responsible in identifying training needs and mapping out training development plan for the organization, departments and individuals.
- Responsible for managing, designing, developing, coordinating, and conducting all training programs.
- Facilitates Learning Needs Analysis and Learning Development Plan Implementations.
