Responsibilities
- Manage the hiring lifecycle for IT and BPO roles, ensuring a steady pipeline for project-based and volume hiring.
- Ensure all policies comply with the Philippine Labor Code (DOLE regulations), specifically regarding working hours, overtime, and statutory benefits.
- Act as the primary mediator for employee disputes, disciplinary actions, and terminations to mitigate legal risks.
- Collaborate with the training team to implement “Future Ready” skill programs, ensuring staff are certified in emerging technologies.
- Oversee payroll accuracy (in collaboration with finance) and manage local benefits like HMO, 13th-month pay, and the Associate Welfare Trust.
- Utilize HR Information Systems (HRIS) to track metrics like attrition rates, headcount, and diversity statistics for management reporting.
