Opportunity Description
- Recruitment & Placement: Develop recruitment plans, organize hiring processes, maintain talent pool, and support new employee onboarding and training.
- Employee Relations: Maintain harmonious labor relations, handle employee grievances, disputes, and disciplinary actions in compliance with Philippine labor laws.
- Compensation & Benefits: Assist in payroll preparation and ensure compliance with statutory contributions (PAGIBIG, PhilHealth, SSS).
- Attendance & Performance: Supervise attendance systems and support the implementation of performance evaluation programs.
- Personnel Records & Compliance: Maintain employee records and ensure HR operations comply with laws and PEZA requirements.
- Training & Development: Organize basic training activities and promote employee development and company culture.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
