HR Manager/Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervises all facets of an organization's human resources, including hiring, training, employee relations, and compliance.
• Ensuring the organization benefits programs and ensuring fair and competitive compensation.
• Implementing strageties, clear and concise HR policies and procedures.
• Offer assistance and direction to HR personnel.
• Make that job descriptions are current and adhere to all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of BS Psychology major in Human Resources Management or any related courses.
• With 5 years or more of experience as HR Supervisor or Asst. Manager.
• Ability to maintain confidential records, with strong interpersonal & conflict resolution skills.
• Knowledgeable in labor laws & HR Policies.
