Job Summary
The HR Manager will assist the President in ensuring the effective management, planning, and execution of all matters related to HR functions to support the company’s strategic business goals and objectives. He/she will lead the organization’s HR programs and policies as applied to staffing, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, employee discipline, talent development, and safety. He/she will manage the job performance of admin staff to ensure that each talent contributes to the organizational success.
Job Requirements
- Must have at least five (5) years of working experience in an HR Generalist role.
- Preferably with working experience in a retail industry, but not required.
- Possesses excellent leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Able to build an HR foundation in all facets of HR.
- Proven to be effective in managing multiple projects.
