Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment processes, ensuring positions are filled efficiently and effectively
- Handle complex employee relations cases with sound judgment and confidentiality
- Update performance evaluations, job descriptions, contracts, and agreements accurately and on time
- Facilitate engagement activities related to employee performance, satisfaction, and retention
- Manage onboarding, orientation, and accurate entry of employee data into HR systems and biometrics
- Maintain HR records, employee clearances, and documentation with full compliance and confidentiality
- Facilitate timekeeping, final pay processing, and exit interviews in coordination with Compensation & Benefits
- Drive HR process improvements, maintain trackers, and ensure measurable results
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned by management.
