Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Acts as a point person of Department Heads in addressing their concerns regarding the implementation of company policies
- Oversees work of Personnel/HRD staffs
- Provides general support in the area of Recruitment, Training and Development, Employee Relations and Welfare & Benefits.
- Provides assistance in admin works and other activities conducted by the department.
- Assists Team members in their concerns that would affect their morale.
- Investigates P/HRD issues for the purpose of ensuring that effective discipline and complaints resolutions are arrived in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Graduate of AB /BS Psychology (Industrial/Organizational), BSBA in Human Resource Development Management, or any Human Resource related program
- With at least 5 years work related experience
- With background on Automotive
