- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to all employees and officers.
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (government statutory, staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
- Lead payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, etc.)
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews looking after the health, safety and welfare of all employees.
- Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
