LaSalle Network is partnering with a leader in the food and beverage space and we are hiring for a high-impact HR Manager to lead onsite HR operations at a manufacturing site in Eddystone, PA. This 24/7 facility is entering a new chapter under plant leadership, and they need a hands-on HR Manager who can stabilize operations, reduce turnover and build trust across all shifts.

Serve as the sole onsite HR Manager supporting employees across 3 shifts

Lead employee relations, investigations, corrective actions and terminations

Drive full-cycle recruitment and workforce planning
