About the role
The HR Officer (Labor Relations) assists in managing labor and legal cases by coordinating with lawyers, government agencies, and internal departments. The role ensures timely filing of complaints, accurate documentation, and smooth communication with authorities such as DOLE, NLRC, civil courts, and the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW).
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and filing of complaints, submissions, and other legal documents.
- Support internal and external lawyers by gathering necessary information and documents.
- Coordinate with DOLE, NLRC, DMW, and other relevant government offices for filing and updates.
- Serve as the point of contact for administrative requirements and document submissions.
- Liaise with PHIC, Pag-IBIG, SSS, and other agencies to process employee documents, claims, and benefits.
