Job Description
Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders in developing HR strategies and manage end-to-end recruitment for driver, helper, and office roles. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance. Oversee employee onboarding and training programs. Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes. Maintain accurate HR records and employee data management. Assist in performance management and employee engagement initiatives. Support payroll processing and benefits administration. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Educational Qualifications
